What are Overnight Oats? 

Overnight Oats are like they sound. Cereals or Oats, left overnight to soak. The advantages of overnight oats means ­ you get more time in the morning, no cooking is required and you can just grab and go first thing! No messing!

What is Muesli/Granola?

Muesli and granola is a mixture of wholesome grains, nuts, seeds, dried fruit and just about anything else you fancy! The main ingredient is normally oats. Muesli is raw and unprocessed. Whereas granola is normally toasted. However, there are a few exceptions! Join The Cereal Club and find out!
